You would be building the machinery a real operation depends on every shift: the posting robots, the reconciliation pipelines, the internal tools our billing and support teams live in. The feedback loop is short and unusually honest, because the users are down the hall.
What you would do
- Build and maintain automations that touch real financial workflows
- Own data pipelines feeding the reporting our clients actually receive
- Write the internal tools our operations teams use daily
- Instrument what you ship, so a robot that stops working is noisy about it
What we are looking for
- Strong Python, and real experience with production systems rather than notebooks
- Comfortable with SQL and with data you did not model yourself
- Judgement about when a rule beats a model
- Working English. The team documents and reviews in it
Nice to have
- US healthcare or billing exposure
- Cloud infrastructure
- Anything you have automated for yourself out of irritation
