Our CRM is load-bearing rather than decorative. This role owns it end to end: the data model, the automation, the attribution, and the reporting people make decisions from.
What you would do
- Own the HubSpot data model and keep it honest
- Build and maintain workflows and lifecycle automation
- Make attribution trustworthy enough to spend against
- Produce reporting the commercial team relies on
What we are looking for
- Hands-on HubSpot or comparable CRM experience at depth
- Comfortable with data quality work and with saying a number is wrong
- Working English
