This policy covers personal data submitted through this website. It does not cover data we process on behalf of clients under a separate agreement, that is governed by the contract and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement.
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you complete the contact form, that is your name, work email, optionally your company, and whatever you write in the message field. If you email or call us, it is whatever that exchange contains.
Please do not send patient information through this website. The contact form is not an appropriate channel for it, and we ask you not to include it.
Why we hold it
To reply to you, and to keep a record of the commercial conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing sequence you did not ask for.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in our CRM. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as IP address for security and delivery purposes.
How long we keep it
For as long as the commercial relationship or conversation is live, and afterwards only where a legal or accounting obligation requires it.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@monefy.ro and we will action it.
