We built the machine we sell.

What we are

An operator first, a vendor second.

Our workday starts at three in the afternoon so it can end at midnight, a full overlap with the working day on the other side of the Atlantic. Over the last few years we built ourselves an operating system for that work: automations, data pipelines that check each other, and written doctrine for how the work runs.

We sell that machine because we already run it. The alternative, advising on operations we have never carried, is the thing we set out not to be.

How we operate

Six rules we actually keep.

Not values on a wall. These are the rules that decide what gets shipped and what gets stopped.

Nothing is trusted once

Any number that reaches a client or a decision gets derived a second time, by a different path, before it counts. It is tedious. It has caught things that would have been expensive to find later.

Automation earns permissions

Every robot starts deliberately boring, one button, small batch, hand-checkable. Scope widens only after a month of being right.

Exceptions get loud

Anything a process does not recognise routes to a person automatically. It is easy to handle 95% of cases and quietly mishandle the rest.

Plans get attacked first

Before we build, we try hard to take the plan apart. Most plans come back smaller, and smaller is usually right.

Policy ships like software

Written down, versioned, reviewed, dated. If a rule exists only in someone’s head, it does not exist.

We operate what we build

The team that writes the automation runs the queue it touches. It is a strong incentive to build it properly.

Five thousand miles is a design constraint, not an excuse.

We wrote ourselves a ten-volume internal curriculum on American culture because answering a phone line on another continent is a skill, and skills are trainable.

Working here

We hire people who think in systems.

We train the whole US healthcare side from zero. We do not train curiosity, or the instinct to check a number before repeating it.
