Half the work is patient-facing, where clarity matters more than cleverness. The other half is internal tooling used forty times a day by people who will tell you exactly what is wrong with it. Both are more satisfying than they sound.
What you would do
- Build patient-facing booking and intake interfaces
- Build and maintain internal tools for operations teams
- Own accessibility and performance, not as a final checklist
- Work directly with the people who use what you build
What we are looking for
- Strong modern JavaScript or TypeScript and a real component framework
- Genuine care about accessibility and performance
- Able to design when there is no designer, and to take direction when there is
- Working English
