A generalist role for someone who likes systems. You will sit across billing, support, and reporting, spotting where work is accumulating and fixing the cause rather than the symptom.
What you would do
- Monitor queues and throughput across teams
- Investigate the cause when something backs up
- Write down processes that currently live in people’s heads
- Support the monthly reporting cycle
What we are looking for
- Organised, curious, and comfortable with spreadsheets and data
- Willing to ask why five times
- Working English
