When our shift is live, so is the working day of every operation we run. This role keeps the workstations, telephony, access, and connectivity working through it.
What you would do
- Support workstations, telephony, and connectivity during the shift
- Manage access provisioning and deprovisioning properly
- Maintain hardware and keep spares ready
- Document fixes so the same problem is cheaper next time
What we are looking for
- Solid IT support fundamentals across Windows and networking
- Calm under pressure at the end of a shift
- Working English
